LLC in connection with Atlas Capital Group's and Rockpoint Group's ground lease of its 99,558-square-foot, eight-story garage building at 430 West 15th Street in the Meatpacking District with plans to redevelop the structure into a modern office building. The structure will feature retail space on the lower level, penthouse offices with terraces and an expansive roof deck.
