(OTCQB: IZEA), an Orlando, Florida based social media sponsorship company, in its completion of a $12 million PIPE financing transaction of common stock and warrants; its largest financing to date. The round was led by Special Situations Funds with participation by IZEA board members, IZEA's CEO and numerous institutional investors.
