Olshan Negotiates Lease for Eataly SoHo Location
Olshan negotiated a lease for Eataly's new SoHo location, which spans about 20,000 square feet on the corner of Broome and Lafayette Streets. Now with 50 locations across the globe and its third in New York City, the Italian grocery/eat-in dining destination’s SoHo location houses a 200-seat restaurant and an all-day café. Olshan Of Counsel Steven Gursky negotiated the lease for the new location.
