Olshan Represents JV in Sale of Madison Ave. Building to Swiss Fashion House Akris for $40.6M

Olshan represented the JV in the sale of luxury retail condominiums at the corner of Madison Avenue and 66th St. to Swiss luxury fashion house Akris for $40.6 million. Co-Chair of Olshan’s Real Estate Law practice Thomas Kearns led the Olshan team that represented the JV in this deal, which also included real estate partner Hyman Kindler and real estate associates Yael Mandel and Sari Kreutzer.
