Voss Capital Reaches Agreement with Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc. for Board Representation
Olshan client Voss Capital, LLC reached an agreement with Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc., under which two new directors nominated by Voss will immediately join the board of directors of Thunderbird. The agreement also provides for the appointment of a third director, to be identified by the Company from candidates put forward by Voss, to be appointed as a director following the conclusion of the Company’s upcoming annual meeting. The Company also agreed to form a three-member advisory committee to assess the Company's capital allocation strategy and evaluate strategic opportunities following the annual meeting and that one of the new directors will serve on such committee.
