CBP Seizures and Identity Theft - Criminal and Civil Enforcement

Martin Feinberg moderated and participated as a speaker in a panel discussion entitled “CBP Seizures and Identity Theft - Criminal and Civil Enforcement," at the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition’s Fall Conference in Orlando, Florida. This panel explored methods employed to import counterfeit goods into the U.S., efforts by Customs and brands to identify the exporters and importers of record of these counterfeits, and the potential civil and criminal liability of Custom Brokers and Freight Forwarders who handle these counterfeit entries.
