Secondary Market Liquidity

Olshan Corporate partner Kenneth Schlesinger will lead a CLE webinar held by the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) entitled “Secondary Market Liquidity.” The hour long webinar will take place on November 17, 2021, and is a part of the Meeting of the NYSBA Securities Regulation Committee. The topics that will be discussed during this webinar include: liquidity in the private secondary marketplace, including the role of the secondary markets, the growth and evolution of the marketplace and diversity of the market participants, the shift to electronic trading platforms and key challenges for strengthening liquidity.
