Roket Handles $25M LIC Acquisition for Himmel + Merringoff

Crain’s New York Business, The Real Deal and Law360 reported that Olshan client Himmel + Meringoff Properties has acquired a Long Island City office and warehouse building for $25 million.  The 127,000 square foot building is located at 21-07 41st Avenue.  Real estate partner Nina Roket handled the acquisition and financing for Himmel + Meringoff Properties.
