Andrew Freedman Quoted in Bloomberg’s Year-End Story on Shareholder Activism

Co-Head of Olshan's Shareholder Activism Practice Andrew Freedman was quoted in Bloomberg’s (subscription required) year-end story on the year that was in shareholder activism and what to expect in 2021.  The story names Olshan as the top legal adviser on activist situations in 2020, and Freedman explains how lots of activist activity is expected in 2021. “There will be a lot of revisiting,” he says. “Overall, what that means is that we’re in for a tremendous amount of activity in the space in 2021.”
