Olshan Client Claremont Group Announces Completion of Amenity Suite at 101 Wall Street

The Real Deal recently reported that Olshan client Claremont Group has completed a 10,000 square-foot, Piet Boon-designed amenity space at 101 Wall Street. The 25-story Financial District office building was recently converted in 2015 into 52 high-end residential condominiums. The new amenity space includes a golf simulator, a rooftop terrace, and a training studio. Olshan Real Estate attorneys Thomas Kearns and Alexander Ferrini represented Claremont in the termination of the office leases, the construction loan, the offering plan and the construction contracts.
