Eduardo Cukier Speaks at 14th Annual U.S. and Latin America Tax Practice Trends Conference Held by ABA

Partner and Chair of Olshan’s Tax Practice Eduardo Cukier spoke on the panel, “Private Equity Investments, Challenges and Opportunities,” as part of the 14th Annual U.S. and Latin America Tax Practice Trends Conference held by the American Bar Association. The panel consisted of six leading tax advisors from Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and the United States and covered private equity investment in Latin America including investment structures and strategies for tax efficient exits. The renowned tax conference attended by leading tax advisors from around the globe took place on June 15 – 17, 2022 in the Mandarin Oriental Miami in Miami, FL after a two year hiatus.
