Olshan Client Diane Von Furstenberg Leases Retail Space in Brookfield Place

Women's Wear Daily (subscription required) reported on Diane von Furstenberg’s lease of a 2,000 square foot retail space in Brookfield Place in lower Manhattan near the World Trade Center site. Brookfield Place, currently scheduled to open in March 2015, was formerly known as the World Financial Center. Olshan Partner Steven Gursky negotiated the lease on behalf of client DVF.
