Olshan Represents Joint Venture in Transfer of SoHo Townhouses

The Real Deal reported that tech investor Arthur Becker acquired ownership of three adjacent townhouses in SoHo from Madison Equities and Property Markets Group in exchange for his share in the joint venture which constructed the townhouses and built the adjacent 10 Sullivan condominium development.  Olshan attorneys that served as counsel to the joint venture in the transfer of the townhouses included Thomas Kearns, Hyman Kindler and Alexander Ferrini from Real Estate and Kenneth Silverman from Corporate/Securities Law.
