Kearns and Kindler Represent Joint Venture Partner in Negotiation of LLC Agreement for LIC Warehouse

The Real Deal reported new owners finalized a $136 million acquisition loan to buy a Long Island City warehouse for $195 million. The plans are to convert the building located at 24-02 49th Avenue into a “creative office space” once the lease with the New York City Housing Authority expires. Olshan Real Estate partners Thomas Kearns and Hyman Kindler represented a joint venture partner in the negotiation of the buyer’s LLC agreement.
