Media Reports on Goldberg's Notable Retail Sale on Lincoln Road

The Miami Herald, Real Estate Weekly and CoStar reported on the biggest retail sale in Florida for 2012 by Olshan client Tristar Capital reflecting the growing interest of the properties located on Lincoln Road from national retailers for both purchase and lease. Terranova Corporation and Acadia Realty Trust paid $139 million for a three-building portfolio of retail storefronts. Eric Goldberg represented the seller in the matter.
