Olshan Represents Novation Companies, Inc. and Subsidiaries in Chapter 11 Filing

Reuters reported that Olshan client Novation Companies, Inc. (OTCQB: NOVC) and certain of its subsidiaries have filed voluntary petitions for chapter 11 business reorganization in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland.
