Lawrence Seidman Gains Board Representation at ASB Bancorp

Olshan client Lawrence Seidman entered into an agreement with ASB Bancorp, Inc. pursuant to which the company agreed to elect both Mr. Seidman and one other individual designated by him to its board of directors and to re-nominate them at its 2016 annual meeting of shareholders. Olshan corporate partner Michael R. Neidell represented Lawrence Seidman.
