Lee Sporn Moderates Panel on Employment and IP Issues in the Food and Restaurant Industry

On March 5th, 2018, Olshan Of Counsel Lee Sporn will participate in BYO Lawyer: Employment & Intellectual Property Issues in the Food & Restaurant Industry panel, which will be hosted by Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.  Lee will moderate the panel discussion which examines current labor & employment and intellectual property issues impacting the food & restaurant industry and related media. The panelists will discuss legal challenges relating to harassment in the workplace, tipping, and the celebrity chef/owner, as well as the creation and enforcement of intellectual property rights in the industry.
