Client Fisher Brothers To Build Tallest Residential Building in Lower Manhattan

New York’s “Yes, In My Back Yard” blog posted stunning renderings for 101 Murray Street (aka 101 Tribeca), which is being developed by Olshan client Fisher Brothers with The Witkoff Group. The tower will now become the tallest residential building in Lower Manhattan, with 63 stories and 129 condominiums. Pending design changes at the Fisher/Witkoff development at 22 Thames, previously reported as claiming the spot as tallest residential building in Lower Manhattan, 101 Tribeca will rank as the third tallest building downtown, just behind One World Trade Center and 150 Greenwich Street. Alexander Ferrini and Hyman Kindler represent Fisher Brothers in connection with the design and construction of the developments at both 101 Tribeca and 22 Thames.
