Steven Gursky Represents Timberland in Lease of Fifth Avenue Location

WWD (subscription required) reported that the New Hampshire based outdoor and apparel company Timberland will open seven flex retail spaces, including a location on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 43rd Street. The Fifth Avenue location, the first flex store for Timberland in Manhattan, is 3,500 square feet and will feature two experiential spaces.  Olshan partner Steven Gursky represented Timberland in connection with the negotiation of this lease.
