Wolosky Represents Biglari Holdings in Cracker Barrel Proxy Contest

The American Lawyer reported that Biglari Holdings Inc. has nominated Sardar Biglari, its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, for election to the Cracker Barrel Board of Directors at Cracker Barrel’s 2011 annual meeting of shareholders. Biglari Holdings is currently Cracker Barrel’s largest shareholder, owning approximately 9.3% of Cracker Barrel’s outstanding common stock. Daily Finance, a money and finance website, also made note of the proxy contest.
