A valued member of the Corporate Group, Joseph Ferrone works with hedge funds and other investor clients, advising them on shareholder activism issues, proxy contests, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, SEC filing requirements, including Section 13 and Section 16 filings, and other related matters.
A certified public accountant with experience analyzing financial statements and advising clients on tax-related matters, Joe offers insights into client issues from a different perspective and readily understands client concerns. Clients and colleagues appreciate his responsiveness, clear and concise explanations, excellent work product, and willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines.
While in law school, Joe was a research assistant to his Contracts professor. He applies the skills he gained in that role when evaluating issues, analyzing facts, and proposing solutions to problems clients face.
