His proficiency spans all stages of litigation, from the early stages of case development to post-trial motions and appeals as well as serving as second chair in high-stakes depositions of key witnesses.

Before joining Olshan, Daniel was a litigation associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
