As a member of Olshan’s Corporate/Securities Group, Ethan Lasko represents clients in an array of commercial transactions at all stages of a company’s development.
While attending Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Ethan was a member of the Sports Law Society, the Real Estate Law Association, the Cannabis Law Society and played on the NCAA Men's Basketball team in law school and as an undergraduate at Manhattan College. He was a summer associate at Shapiro, Croland, Reiser, Apfel, & Di Iorio, LLP, where he reviewed and analyzed commercial lease agreements, researched property title, drafted legal memoranda, assisted with real property transactions in commercial real estate matters, and conducted legal and market research. Ethan also interned at consumer products technology company Aterian, where he provided legal support by researching and writing memoranda on various topics related to intellectual property and consumer protection law.
Before joining Olshan full-time, Ethan worked at the firm as an academic extern during the spring of 2024.
