Rahmel Lee Robinson

Working closely with Olshan’s Corporate/Securities Group, Rahmel Lee Robinson drafts a range of commercial agreements for public and private companies and assists clients by conducting extensive legal research on corporate formation, M&A and corporate governance issues.

Rahmel was an Edward V. Sparer Fellow while attending Brooklyn Law School, where he also served as president of the Black Law Students Association and participated in Moot Court Honor Society, Trial Advocacy Division.
