Olshan to Host INTA Roundtable on March 6
Olshan will be hosting an INTA Roundtable entitled "2017 U.S. Case Law in Review" on March 6, 2018. Discussion in the roundtable will center on the significant decisions that strongly affected substantive law and day-to-day trademark practice over the previous year. Also covered will be key federal court decisions and precedential Trademark Trial and Appeal Board decisions.
